Easy tips to transplanting this Fall: 

• Look at the plants leaves and stems:  
• Think of how large your plant will get and if there is enough room in the new location to grow into in relation to other plants, walkways, or structures around it.  
• If you see flowers almost ready to bloom or in bloom, you should wait for the plant to finish flowering and then transplant it.
